Logged Into My World of Tanks Account After a Long Time and Its Making Me Do the Tutorial Again

Log into game, merely find it appears to be a consummate reroll, which I never did. Everything was fine yesterday, but today it looks all gone. Some kind of discover of accounts being hacked.
Anyone else having this issue?
Filed a support ticket, wasn't certain how to get virtually the whole thing, we will run across.

Someone has been playing the account up until the end of March 2021. Doesn't look like a re-roll at 12k games for career. How did you login to the game/account if information technology was "hacked" and "re-rolled"? Sounds like y'all gave the account to someone and no 1 has changed the account password since then..neither you or the "hacker"?

From what I can run across at present, something turned off my Game Center feature, and started me off in a new Player account, forcing me to go through Tutorials ( which were kinda cool ).
I reselected the Game Eye option, and everything came came as normal.
Could this be continued with WG dropping support for the IPad 3, which was the device I first used to play this game?
I have long since switched to 2 far more current devices, still IOS based.

How did you login to the game/business relationship if it was "hacked" and "re-rolled"? Sounds like you lot gave the account to someone and no one has inverse the account password since then..neither y'all or the "hacker"?

You should really make sure to be using a WG ID to login, or at minimum make sure you have WG ID login details noted. Personally I wouldn't trust a 3rd party service with your business relationship, and plainly WG tin can't assist y'all solve issues when they're run by Apple, Google, Valve etc.

Your auto-login expired, peradventure you switched devices, perchance there was a small update and you demand to logon again; and y'all mindlessly clicked through the screens without using your old login method, so you ended upwardly with a new player account. I say mindlessly, because I call back almost of united states have been there washed that, at some point or another ... early in the AM or tardily at dark.
Zakalwe is correct. It is highly advisable to convert whatsoever other like shooting fish in a barrel login account into a WG ID Account with electronic mail and countersign.
I had another game I played for a couple years, using guest login or any information technology was, as I didn't want to setup some social business relationship to authenticate and " share things " with the globe; and they did not have an email & countersign option (gasp). Switched to a new iPad, backed up the old iPad, restored it to a new iPad, formatted the old iPad and gave information technology to a family member. Fourth dimension to play a game or two. Not so fast. All my progress and purchases were tied to a cookie in some binder on the old iPad and / or tied to that device'southward MAC ID or something. Had to become the old iPad dorsum, backup the new config, restore the old fill-in, login into game, catechumen admission to a social account, try it on the new iPad, ... ......... needless to say, that was not a fun time waster. (and they all the same don't accept unproblematic e-mail & password login)
Mayhap not something you will run into with a Game Centre business relationship, as presumably you will always take admission to your Apple tree ID etc, only still.
